June is winding down and the incredible Spring Seller's market is winding down with it.

Agents will have a few weeks to catch their breath before preparing for the  Summer/Fall Season ahead.

Although, traditionally the Spring market is our busiest time of the year, and many Buyers were anxious this year to purchase before the HST came into play, the rest of the year, although a bit more balanced, will probably be just as busy.

Agents in the Keller Williams' offices in Ottawa, will be closely analyzing market activity, to be a step ahead of any changes in Market trends and pricing.

Next Wednesday June 30th, the Bells Corners Keller Williams VIP office will be hosting a Charity BBQ for the public. All proceeds will go to Adults with Acquired Brain Injuries. This is one of many charitable events that Keller Williams agents will be participating in throughout the year, in our "Giving Back to our Community" efforts.

The BBQ will be in the front parking lot at 245 Stafford Rd West X Moodie Dr  in the TD Canada Trust/Keller Williams Plaza. All are welcome!
