Karen Cayer, Sales Representative

Karen Cayer has been a real estate sales representative in the Ottawa area for over ten years, and is the lead agent and listing specialist for Cayer Team Keller Williams VIP Realty.

Karen believes that her clients deserve the best, and alway strives to put their best interests first. 

Twelve years ago, Karen and her husband decided to sell their home, and after repeatedly stressful experiences with multiple realtors, Karen knew that the real estate experience shouldn't be that way, and that her experience and personality would be well suited to the real estate business.  Karen left her longstanding career with a pharmaceutical company and joined the Ottawa Real Estate Board.

Since then, Karen's mission has been to be different, better and more in touch with her clients.  She takes her business very seriously and is greatly appreciated by her past and present clients.

The Cayer Team philosphy is this "We look at our business like a business, and our clients don't fit our needs, we fit theirs."

Currently over 80% of new business comes from past clients and referrals.  Last year the Cayer Team won the 2009 Gold Sales Award for Outstanding Achievment.

Karen says  "We really believe in giving back to the community we live in, as well as the global community.  A portion of all our sales goes to KW Cares, Watercan ( a local non-government agency ) and we are also members of Realtors With A Reason, supporting Habitat for Humanity and Watoto."
